Seeing as the peek on this server is currently set at 20*, and that it would seem your looking to boost your player base.
My suggestion would be to do a referral event. This would entail a person telling their friends or family about the server thus increasing your player base with solid & committed players.
The server you have made has a lot of promise, of course a few tweaks are needed but the majority of it is done and done well.
You will need some ground rules.
1. Maximum referral amount is 10 (so players can't abuse the system)
2. Proof will be required (what you want for the proof is up to you (ex. Screen shot) )
*You can add more should you feel the need*
Prizes. You can decide on what the rewards will be for the players. I would suggest a level system, the more you invite the more you get.
An example of this would be:
1 invited player = 100 Chaos Chips
2 invited players = 300 Chaos Chips
3 invited players = 500 Chaos Chips
4 invited players = 700 Chaos Chips
5 invited players = 1000 Chaos Chips
6 invited players = 1200 Chaos Chips
7 invited players = 1500 Chaos Chips
8 invited players = 1900 Chaos Chips
9 invited players = 2100 Chaos Chips
10 invited players = 3000 Chaos Chips
Now to combat players abusing this system they will have to provide the names of all the players and to take a screen shot with all of their names to receive this/the reward.
This was suggestion and would need careful thought put into to make it succeed, but should you do it and it works the reward for the effort will pay off, for everyone involved.
